What Makes a Great Pickleball?
|
You don’t think about the ball until it ruins the game.
Dead bounces. Wobbly flight. Cracks after three matches. Most players have dealt with it — and it’s frustrating.
A great ball does the opposite. âś” True bounce âś” Predictable flight âś” Built to last under pressure
That’s exactly what the new LT Pro 48 was built to deliver and why it was chosen as the new official ball of the PPA Tour.
The LT Pro 48 was designed by Life Time Founder, Chairman and CEO, Bahram Akradi, and his engineering team, to fix what players have been complaining about for years. You can expect pro-level performance, tested by top players, and built to hold up — indoors or out.
Here are some reasons why it’s being recommended by top players and pros:
|
âś… Symmetrical holes for balanced flight âś…Â Reinforced edges to resist cracking âś…Â Consistent performance in any setting âś…Â Designed to meet tournament-level standards

Stop the Spiral: The 3-Step Mental Reset That Saves Matches

|
We’ve all been there — cruising through a match when one bad point snowballs into a total collapse. The best players know how to stop that slide before it costs them the game.
In this new blog from AIM7 sports psychologists Dr. Alex Auerbach and Dr. Erik Korem, you’ll learn the Release-Reset-Refocus method:
- Release the mistake with a quick physical or verbal cue. - Reset your mind and body in the present moment. - Refocus on the next point with a clear, actionable plan.
This simple routine can turn frustration into focus and keep you playing at your best — no matter the score.
